Our center’s lead specialist – Ilāna Ekbauma is an experienced professional whose expertise covers three essential areas: ADHD, literacy, and attention disorder correction. Under Ilāna’s guidance, consultations take place in a professional yet child-friendly environment that combines a systematic approach with warmth and understanding. Her clients include both children and adolescents with diagnosed ADHD, as well as those who have difficulty maintaining attention or acquiring literacy skills. Thanks to Ilāna’s professionalism and individual approach, many children have been able to overcome learning barriers, regain self-confidence, and successfully integrate into the learning process.

Reading ability
Dyslexia, dysgraphia correction
Reading ability is the foundation for a successful academic journey. For children with dyslexia or other reading difficulties, literacy can become a serious challenge and affect the learning of other subjects. At our center, we offer specialized consultations and lessons focused on literacy development using professional methods for dyslexia correction. We work systematically – from precise diagnosis of difficulties to a targeted support plan that helps the child overcome obstacles and discover that reading can be not only understandable but also exciting.
We offer Reading ability improvement not only in the native language but also in foreign languages. Our specialists help develop phonological awareness, decoding skills, and reading technique so that the child can read fluently and understand what they read in both their native language and the foreign languages they are learning.
Behavior correction
Not all children naturally develop the ability to manage their emotions, control impulses, and regulate their behavior in different situations. If a child has difficulties with self-regulation, their emotional intelligence is not yet sufficiently developed, or their behavioral reactions are too intense – this makes not only the learning process difficult but also relationships with peers and family. We offer professional behavior correction consultations focused on the targeted development of these skills.
Our specialists work with the child, helping them learn to recognize their emotions, understand their causes, and choose appropriate, constructive ways to respond. During lessons, new behavior patterns are formed that allow the child to react more calmly in difficult situations, maintain attention for longer periods, and integrate more successfully into both the learning environment and relationships with those around them.
Attention disorder correction
Sustaining attention is one of the most essential skills for successfully learning academic material. However, many children experience significant difficulties with this – they get easily distracted, cannot focus on one task for long periods, forget instructions, or leave things unfinished. Such difficulties not only hinder academic achievement but often affect a child’s self-esteem and emotional well-being, as they feel unable to meet expectations.
At Education Station, we offer professional attention disorder correction consultations. The specialist first assesses the child’s attention profile – identifying when and why difficulties arise, what factors disrupt focus, and what, conversely, helps concentration. Based on this analysis, an individual support plan is developed, including both specific exercises to strengthen attention and practical strategies for everyday situations – such as doing homework, during lessons, or in free play.
ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurobiological disorder that affects a child’s ability to control attention, impulses, and often physical activity as well. It not only makes the learning process difficult but often creates challenges in relationships with peers, teachers, and family members.
A child with ADHD may feel misunderstood and receive criticism for behavior they cannot control. Parents, in turn, often find themselves in situations where traditional parenting methods do not yield the expected results, creating feelings of helplessness and stress for the whole family.
At our center, we offer specialized ADHD consultations led by experienced specialist Ilāna Ekbauma, starting with a thorough assessment of the situation and development of an individual support plan that includes specific strategies for maintaining attention, impulse control, and developing self-regulation skills.
One of the most important components of ADHD consultations is work with parents – we help them understand the causes of their child’s behavior, provide practical methods for handling everyday situations, and support the family in creating a structured, predictable, and safe environment at home.
